Inspection for wood-boring parasites
Identification of any elements which may be present and which could result in the biological deterioration of the wood used in the building, such as wood-eating fungi (dry rot, etc.) and insects with wood-eating larvae (longhorn beetles, death watch beetles, etc.).
This inspection is recommended by the Côtes d'Armor Association of Notaries on an informational basis.
