• vendors to meet legal requirements, acquire guarantees and exempt themselves from hidden defects.

Our profession is subject to exacting professional rules. Since 1 November 2007, companies carrying out inspections are obliged to obtain certification for their skills from an accredited body: all of out technicians have this certification.

We also ensure that we offer independent and impartial advice: we are not commissioned by property professionals.
